Hi, I’m Sage. I’m an aromatherapist, personal trainer, fitness instructor, and weight-loss coach. I started my career teaching aerobics in the 80’s (yes, there were thong leotards and leg warmers) and now I use what I’ve learned over the last three decades to help women overcome their busy, stressful lives, find balance, and lose weight quickly and easily. I know that sounds too good to be true and I don’t blame you for being skeptical! Let me explain…

The trick to effortless weight loss is to create a daily routine that balances your unique mind-body type.
